Welcome to Mary-Jane Alexander

After several sad winters in England and the desperate lack of light my thoughts turned to seeking a studio in the sun.

We stumbled upon a delightful city called Caiazzo in Campania. There was a slight problem initially since neither of us could speak a word of Italian but now, after ten years, we can and our house with its studio allows me to concentrate away from distractions.

The olive trees, the view of distant mountains and a river are inspirational and calming. Our neighbours are welcoming and discrete although they very possibly think we are a little mad!
